Capital expenditures and operational expenditures are the key factors that play a major role in the growth of any industry. Most  industries are now focusing more on increasing the productivity of the plant so that the OPEX can be minimized. At the same time, appliances/equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, water dispensers, air conditioning units, compressors etc typically require 100% performance and quality check prior to dispatch where devices under testing are always tested as per routine performance test standards, that include appliance’s power consumption, pull down test, cut-off time, cold/hot water temperature vs time etc based on type of appliance. The test parameters are required to be logged with barcode tracking and analysed to ensure the product performs to the prescribed quality standards.

Masibus has designed and implemented a unique test bed system for equipments like refrigerators, freezers, water dispensers, air conditioning units, compressors etc which test multiple appliances at a time in conveyor belt/testing facility within stipulated model wise test duration. This solution is customizable as per prescribed quality standards of device under testing.
