Customer Requirement
- To monitor the generation, consumption and distribution of fuel gases and utility items such as Steam, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Compressed Air etc. on round-the-clock basis for the plant wide of Integrated steel plant to maintain gas balance suiting dynamic operational demands
- Maintaining gas distribution based on current allocation and any future allocation requirements
- Ensuring safety of pipe lines & equipment by generating alarms
- Periodic usage accounting
- Management Information System (MIS)
- Turnkey project includes integration of 25 nos. third party L1 system through existing LAN network, 18 nos. hot redundant PLC system with fully wired panel to integrate utility system
- IT hardware: Redundant server, database and web servers, 5 nos. remote clients, 5 nos. web clients, printer and 2 nos. 70″ display
- Fiber optic cabling
